NEXTyouthsports is involved in a variety of youth sports-based programs and projects, all with two goals in mind: create economic impact growth for the community, and offer athletic endeavors that help build well-rounded young people ready for a Big Life. Here is a sampling of our current activities.

ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS

   NEXTyouthsports is currently focused on an ambitious public-private partnership in Illinois' second largest city.

   Rockford is viewed by many as the Midwest's Youth Sports Capital, annually hosting thousands of young athletes and their families to participate in a wide variety of competitive events in many sports.

  This initiative is a proposed collaboration with the award-winning Rockford Park District, and is built around a totally unique summer youth sports event.

  Owned by NYS and proposed as the NIKE Youth Games, this residential camp and competition for soccer, basketball and volleyball proposes a new paradigm in youth sports by combining the best of tournaments, clinics and camps.

  The proposed park district facilities expansion is supported by feasibility research, and funding options are in exploration. This bold new effort takes full advantage of Rockford's reputation as a first class competition destination, and it is the first step in leading the region into Youth Sports Generation 4.0 : Big Life Sports.
